How can I Tell if My Add-ons Need to be Canceled Separately?

This would largely depend on how the services are invoiced


  • If the service does not show up as its own line item on in any invoices, it would then be part of the charge for a server with us.  Such add-on services would instantly cancel when the server or service it is paired with is canceled.  


If an individual add-on needs to be canceled, like Cloud Backups, a billing ticket will need to be created requesting said cancellation


  • If the service is invoiced as it’s own line item, then would be its own product and will need to cancel them separately. To request a cancellation for these types of services, please review How Do I Cancel My Services?
