Step 1: To update the contact info for your domain(s), you would need to first login to your Client Area
Step 2: Once there click on the Domains tab and then “My Domains.”
Step 3: Click on the wrench icon to the right of the domain.
Step 4: On the new page, you will want to over to the options under the “Manage” menu and select “Contact Information.”
From there you would be able to update all your domain contact information. Click on Save Changes at the bottom when done.

Please do keep in mind that by ICANN regulations, changing your domain contact information will result in the domain being unable to be transferred for 60 days.
Additionally, ICANN does require that the contact information for domains be accurate and eNom who is our supplier does on occasion check for this. If it is found that the information is inaccurate, the domain can be suspended.
