Adding an SSL Certificate
To add, remove, and manage your SSL certificates within the Cloud, Hostwinds’ clients can login to the Cloud Portal.
In order to follow this guide from your Cloud Control panel, navigate to Security -> SSL Certificates.
Adding an SSL
Step One: From the SSL Certificates page, select Add SSL Certificate
Step Two: A pop-up will display, requesting the name of the SSL, this is simply to be used for the description
Step Three: The pop-up will also request the Certificate, Private Key and Intermediates Certificate details
Step Four: This information can be obtained from the SSL provider, and from the server the SSL was generated on
Step Five: Once the SSL has been added, it will display under your available SSL certificates
Step Six: The SSL Certificate can be used with Hostwinds’ Load Balancer solution
