As we are only human, there may come a time when you have forgotten your password. There are a variety of ways that you can regain access to your account and reset your password.
To get your password reset, you are able to do it yourself, or you may request us to assist by submitting a support ticket.
How Do I Reset My Password?
To reset your password, this can be done similar to how you would login. From the Client Login page, you will notice there will be a drop down menu in the upper right area of the screen. You will want to click on that dropdown, and select “Forgot Password?” from the list.
That will take you to a new page where you will be able to enter in your registered email address. Once you have entered in your email address, press the next button. After that, you should momentarily receive an email from Hostwinds with a link to reset your password. This email should have the subject of “Password Reset Validation” Click the link inside of the email and you will be able to reset the password for your Hostwinds account.
