Cancellations are processed normally within one hour of the submitted request. Additionally, each submitted request is time-stamped should the cancellation take longer than an hour (ex. canceled request after our billing departments business hours, Monday through Friday, 8 AM PST through 5 PM PST ).

Hostwinds operates cancellations through tickets and all communication will need to be communicated as such. For reasons why Hostwinds chooses to operate this way, click here.
Please be sure to take backups of all necessary information before requesting the cancellation from your Client Area as all data will be lost once processed!
