When an overpayment is received for an invoice on our end, it would automatically be added to your Hostwinds Account Credit balance.
Would those Payments be refundable?
Upon request, overpayments made to an invoice through Credit Card or PayPal can be refunded. Provided that request is made within the first 72 hours of the overpayment being made. If however, the need for a refund is not communicated to us before 72 hours have passed, or the payment had been made through Skrill or Cryptocurrency, the extra payment would remain as the Account Credit which could be applied to any invoices with us.
