The short answer is nothing.
As this is a product that has been terminated there is nothing left to reactivate.
Will I be refunded, if I paid for a terminated product?
Yes, depending on how long ago the payment was made. If you open a ticket to Billing within 72 hours of making the payment, you’ll be refunded. Please keep in mind that refunds would be issued as is explained in this link.
If you’re past the 72 hours, we would be able to do one of the following:
- Issue the funds back as an Account Credit
- Create a blank version of the service that had been terminated. This would be set to start the billing cycle from the day payment was received.
