This would largely depend on what Payment Method(s) you use to pay for your services.
- Login to your Client Area
- Click on the Billing Tab and then “My Invoices.”
- This will take you to a new page where you will find a list of all invoices. Find the one you wish to pay and click on the “View Invoice” button.
- At the top right of the new screen, you will find a drop-down menu for the payment methods mentioned above, select the one you want and then the “Pay Now” button below.
After that, you will just follow the prompts to complete the payment.
What if my invoice shows unpaid after I followed the steps above?
With Credit Card- this would likely indicate that the payment failed, either through an error or through a decline. Generally, following up with the company that backs credit card will be the best way to find out hwat has happened.
With PayPal – reviewing the details in this article will likely help in figuring out what to do next.

With Skrill/Money Bookers – this is actually our most reliable payment method and it is exceedingly rare that there are issues with it. Should have a payment fail, the first step would be to reach out to Skrill directly as they will be able to better track errors from there end. If they are not able to give a resolution, a ticket to our Billing team may allow for a resolution.
