This would depend on why the service had been terminated.
If Terminated for Lack of Payment:
We would be able to create a blank shell of your service per request in a Billing ticket and after the outstanding invoice for the service had been paid. This would only be a blank shell of the service as data would have been lost due to the termination.
If Terminated for a Chargeback/Dispute:
We would not immediately terminate the account or services in these cases, instead, the services would be suspended and we would give a 14 day period to resolve the matter with Hostwinds. After this, the account and services would terminate. If resolved after that period we would recreate the services as blank shells as the termination would have cleared the data they held.
If Failed to Pass the Manual Hold For Review process
You would need to reply to the ticket that communicated the manual hold and supply the information that was requested. If you cannot supply this information, your account will not be reactivated.
The only time that a terminated account can be reactivated is when the account has been terminated for one of the following reasons:
Important note about PayPal Disputes
If the dispute had not closed and PayPal has not rendered a refund, dropping the dispute would allow us to reactivate the account and services once we receive ticket confirmation from the account holder that the dispute has been dropped.
However, if the dispute results in a PayPal refund, then we would not allow for the account to reactivate and simply expire. Unless:
- All Invoices are repaid
- A $250.00 chargeback prevention fee is paid per disputed transaction
- An authorization form is signed
