Depending upon the circumstances, there are a couple ways to do this.
Forgot your password
If you have forgotten your password, please feel free to reach out to us in any way you can. We will then ask you what email is set with your account and create a ticket on your account, that you can reply to. Once you reply confirming that you would like a password reset, a new password would be sent to the email you have on file with us.
What if I don’t have access to the email address that is on my account?
Thankfully we can still work around this. Since we recognize the person who pays for the account as the owner, we would need you to prove ownership of the payment method used and supply us with a reliable email to setup on the account.

Once the steps above are completed, we would update the email on the account and send you your new login credentials.
We do not have a way to confirm ownership of BitCoin or Skrill. If you are paying through either of these payment methods, please do ensure that you are especially careful about retaining access to the email address that you set for your account.
