Can I Put My Service on a Hold?

Unfortunately not. We understand that there is occasionally a desire to put a “hold” or “pause” on services where we would retain the data held on the services but not bill for them, or bill at a reduced rate.

As there is a cost to retain the data, a cost to maintain the services that house the data, and reserving resources like this prevents others from being able to use said services. We are not able to offer this type of service.

Typically if you are unable to pay for your services for a considerable amount of time or are needing to stop services and start up at an undetermined date, the best course of action is to make an external back up of your data and then cancel your services.
