Where is My Hosting Account Information?
Firstly, welcome to the Hostwinds Family!
When you signed up for service from Hostwinds you should have received an email from us titled “Hostwinds Hosting Account Information”. This contains all of your Hostwinds account information. If you’re not able to find this email, please ensure that you have checked your spam folder. If you’re still unable to locate this email please feel free to reach out to us via our Live chat system on our site.
With this information in hand, you can access your Hostwinds client area where you can do things such as pay your invoices or view how many products you have. To login to your client area, please refer to the following steps.
- Check your e-mail for your product welcome email with your login credentials
