Will I Be Charged After Canceling?

Typically, no.

When a service is successfully canceled, any outstanding invoices would be canceled, and the backend triggers that would create a new invoice will have been disabled.

However, with how our cancellation process works now, it is possible to confirm your cancellation during a period of time that a billing agent is not in, and still be hit with an automatic payment on the next morning.


Would I Be Refunded for That Charge?

As long as you have completed all six steps to cancel your service,  we will refund you for a payment made on that service.
