Ordering a Cloud Server Account

Log in to the Client Area

Hostwinds allows clients the ability to purchase our Cloud servers from within our web portal and from our website at, here.

After ordering a product, you will be prompted to enter the information we will need to start an account with you.

First, enter your client information.

Next, confirm the package you wish to purchase. From here, you will be able to add on our optional add ons. Note: Cloud Backups are checked by default, as we highly recommend them.

Next, we will need a form of payment information. Hostwinds will use this to charge you for this purchase. Note: if you are not an existing client, Hostwinds will use this for future payments.

If you own a Hostwinds product without monitoring and wish to add the service at a later date, head back to your Client Area.

Select Services From the available list of dropdowns toward the top of the page, select Services.
