What is a Cloud Server or VPS?

A Cloud Server, or VPS (Virtual Private Server) is a server that is built through software to create a smaller virtual server from larger, more powerful physical servers. They’re entirely virtual, and can be created instantly. Cloud Servers can be easily re-imaged or managed at will through the Cloud Control Panel, since their resources are virtual and partitioned from larger servers. They can also be instantly upgraded through the client area, and new upgrades can be applied within moments if necessary. This allows Cloud Servers to be incredibly flexible in giving you exactly the resources you need. They can also be created on a temporary basis to deal with immediate needs, and removed once those needs are met. Our VPS servers also include both Managed and Unmanaged service, allowing expert users to save money to improve their current infrastructure.
