How To Use Firewall Profiles On Your Cloud Server

Setting up a firewall can sometimes be a daunting or intimidating task. Especially if configuring directly on the VPS. If configured incorrectly, you might lock yourself out, or bring down a service that was working perfectly before. Hostwinds makes it easy with our Firewall Profiles that can be created, managed and set from within the Cloud Portal. This allows you to not worry too much about the command you need to enter in order to only allow access to a port from a specific IP. The Firewall Profiles are easily managed from a great user interface.
